What data do we collect?

Our Company collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc)

  • Your activity when you access our web app

  • The offers you redeem and benefits you participate in

 

 

Who handles your data?

  • Our Company are the Data Controller and we define what needs to happen with your personal data (and we also collect your personal data)

  • We employ Braintree as a data processor. Braintree, a division of PayPal, is a company that specialises in mobile and web payment systems for e-commerce companies. Braintree provides clients with a merchant account and a payment gateway and manages all of our Member subscriptions

 

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Tribal with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

Register online, redeem, or place an order for any of our products or services online or on-premise.

Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

  • Use or view our + web app or website via your browser’s cookies.

  • Redeem a member offer and we scan your QR Code voucher or code

 

How will we use your data?

Tribal collects your data so that we can:

 

  • Process your order, manage your account.

  • Text or email you with special offers on products and services we think you might like. 

  • When Tribal processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

  • Our Company securely stores your data on Amazon Web Servers within the EU.

  • If you have not opted-out, Tribal will send you offers and information about products and services of ours via email.

  • The right to data portability - You have the right to request that Tribal transfers the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
